Vandals Destroy School Mangrove Plantings – Students Outraged!


Kooweerup Secondary College students were disappointed to learn that mangrove seedlings planted in Jam Jerrup in March 2012 were ripped out by beach vandals in recent weeks. They were planted as part of a project to help stop the erosion of the cliff face in the coastal town. See the links below for related news articles.
